Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available through raletton.com in connection with the project known as Roletto (the "Website", "Services"). By creating an account or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Services are operated by Santeda International B.V., licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence number ALSI-112310012-F15. The Website is not licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and operates as a Non-GamStop offshore casino for players, including those located in the United Kingdom.
These Terms are effective from 20 January 2026 and replace all previous versions applicable to Roletto on raletton.com. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register, access, or use the Services.
Important UK notice: If you access the Website from the United Kingdom, you do so on the understanding that you will not benefit from UK-specific protections such as UKGC oversight, IBAS dispute resolution, or GamStop self-exclusion, and that your legal recourse and payment reliability may be more limited than with UK-licensed operators.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Legal Use
- Age requirement: You may register an Account and use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old or older than the minimum age required for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Territorial legality: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Services from your country of residence (including the UK) is lawful. The Operator does not provide legal advice and may restrict access from certain territories at its discretion.
- UK-specific note: If you are located in the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that the Website is regulated under an offshore Anjouan licence and not by the UKGC, and that UK-style protections, including GamStop, do not apply.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on raletton.com, providing accurate and complete information (such as name, date of birth, country, email address, and chosen credentials).
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking an activation link or entering a code sent to your registered email before the Account can be used.
- Single account: You may register and maintain only one Account on the Website. Multiple accounts, "duplication" accounts, or accounts opened under false identities may be closed, and balances may be frozen or forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
KYC, Verification and AML
- Verification obligation: The Operator may at any time require you to complete KYC/AML checks, including providing identity documents (passport, ID card, driving licence), proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds/wealth information.
- Policy reference: The details of the KYC/AML framework are described in the AML Policy available at https://raletton.com/en/static/aml-policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- Refusal and suspension: If you fail to provide requested information, provide false or misleading documents, or if the Operator has reasonable AML or fraud concerns, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void bets, and withhold funds to the extent permitted by the applicable law and licence conditions.
Account Security and Data Accuracy
- Credentials: You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account unless the Operator has failed to maintain reasonable security of the Website.
- Unauthorised access: You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach. The Operator may suspend the Account while investigating.
- Accurate information: You must keep all Account information accurate and up to date. The Operator may request corrections or additional information and may suspend or close the Account where information is inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Principles
- Game rules: All bets and games are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game or betting market. In case of conflict, the game-specific or market-specific rules prevail over these general Terms.
- Software provider: The Website operates on the Upgaming platform and uses games supplied by Upgaming and other licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by actual events (for sports and live games).
Placing Bets and Stakes
- Bet placement: A Bet is considered placed when it is accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. The mere initiation of a transaction on your device does not guarantee acceptance.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or market may specify minimum and maximum stake limits. The Operator may also impose overall limits per Player, per event, or per period and may change such limits at any time to manage risk.
- Currency: Bets are accepted in the account currency shown in your profile. For cryptocurrencies, the value of a Bet is determined at the time of placement based on the exchange rate used by the Website.
Bet Confirmation, Modification and Cancellation
- Irreversibility: Once a Bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player, except where the Operator expressly offers a cash-out or similar feature for that Bet.
- Operator cancellation: The Operator may cancel or void a Bet (in whole or in part) where:
- the Bet was accepted after the outcome was known or where an obvious pricing error occurred;
- the event was cancelled, postponed, or materially changed in a way that invalidates the market rules;
- there is a technical failure causing incorrect odds, game states, or settlement; or
- there is suspicion of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or abuse.
- Settlement corrections: If a Bet has been settled in error, the Operator may correct the settlement and adjust your Account accordingly, including reversing winnings credited in error.
Live Casino, Mini-Games and Chat Conduct
- Conduct rules: You must behave respectfully in all live casino, chat, and community features. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited activities: You may not:
- use offensive or obscene language;
- promote violence, hatred, illegal activities, or self-harm;
- share personal data of others without consent;
- attempt to collude with other players or the dealer to gain unfair advantage; or
- advertise third-party services or competing websites.
- Enforcement: The Operator may mute chat, remove content, temporarily suspend you from live features, or close your Account in serious or repeated cases. Winnings obtained through prohibited conduct may be voided subject to licence conditions and applicable law.
Errors, Malfunctions and Disconnections
- Technical issues: In the event of a hardware, software, or network failure, game rounds may be paused or rolled back. Where reasonably possible, the Operator will restore the game state to the last known correct position.
- Malfunction clause: Unless otherwise stated by a specific game provider, a malfunction voids all pays and plays associated with the malfunctioning game round or Bet.
- Player connection: You are responsible for your own internet connection. The Operator is not liable for losses resulting solely from your loss of connection, lag, or device malfunction, provided the Operator's systems were functioning correctly.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Principles
- Supplementary rules: These Bonus Terms apply in addition to any specific promotional terms shown on the Website for particular offers, and in addition to the main Terms.
- Discretion: The Operator may grant, withhold, or revoke Bonuses at its discretion, provided this is not done in a discriminatory or unlawful manner.
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Opt-in: Some Promotions require you to opt in via the promotions page, bonus code, or a similar mechanism before making a qualifying deposit or placing qualifying Bets.
- Eligibility criteria: Eligibility may depend on factors such as country of residence (including the UK), deposit method, prior activity, and whether you have an active Bonus. You must carefully read the specific terms of each Promotion.
- Account verification: The Operator may withhold activation or conversion of Bonuses until your identity, age, and payment methods have been satisfactorily verified.
Wagering Requirements and Bonus Use
- Wagering multiplier: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount (for example, 30x Bonus).
- Contribution rules: Different games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, or certain mini-games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. Contribution tables are provided in the Promotion description where relevant.
- Bet size limits: When playing with an active Bonus, there may be maximum bet limits per spin or game round. Exceeding these limits may lead to confiscation of Bonus funds and winnings.
- Sequence of funds: Unless specified otherwise, Real Money Balance is usually staked before Bonus Balance. The Website will display your balances and active Bonuses in your Account interface.
Prohibited Bonus Practices
- Abuse behaviours: The following behaviours are examples of bonus abuse and are prohibited:
- opening multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion repeatedly;
- colluding with other players to exploit Promotions;
- using low-risk betting patterns solely to trigger bonus release (e.g. hedging opposite outcomes);
- delaying play of free-round features or bonus features to a later time when wagering has been completed; and
- depositing and withdrawing immediately without genuine gaming activity where this conflicts with the Promotion's purpose.
- Consequences: In cases of bonus abuse, the Operator may cancel Bonuses, void associated winnings, and close or restrict your Account, subject to applicable law.
Bonus Combination, Expiry and Cancellation
- Combination: Unless explicitly permitted, you may have only one active welcome or deposit Bonus at a time. Other loyalty or cashback features may run in parallel if stated in their specific terms.
- Expiry: Bonuses and free spins are typically time-limited (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation) as indicated in the relevant Promotion. Unused Bonuses and uncompleted wagering within the specified timeframe may be cancelled, and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Voluntary cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus via your Account interface or support. If you cancel a Bonus, any remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited, while your Real Money Balance is retained.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Methods: The Website offers a range of Payment Methods, which may include bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies. The availability of methods depends on your country, currency, and the Operator's risk policies.
- Ownership: You may only use Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party instruments, corporate accounts, or shared wallets without explicit permission is prohibited.
- Limits and fees: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts and may apply reasonable fees, which will be disclosed on the cashier page where applicable.
- UK transaction risk: For Players in the UK, there is a moderate-to-high risk that banks and payment providers will block or delay transactions to offshore merchants associated with "Santeda" or similar merchant codes. The Operator is not responsible for such third-party blocks, though it will attempt to assist within reasonable limits.
Withdrawals
- General conditions: Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC/AML checks, completion of wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms.
- Method selection: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same Payment Method used for deposits. The Operator may request an alternative method if the original method does not support withdrawals.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 24 - 72 hours), but actual processing times may vary depending on verification status, payment provider performance, and regulatory checks.
- Limits and fees: The Operator may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Reasonable processing fees may apply and will be disclosed where applicable before you confirm your withdrawal.
- UK access risk: Access to the Website from the UK may be subject to ISP blocking or other restrictions in future. If access becomes restricted, you remain responsible for contacting the Operator via any available channels to arrange withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to verification and applicable law.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Crypto-Specific Risks
- Refunds of Bets: Once a Bet has been accepted and the relevant game or event has started, stakes are non-refundable except in cases of void or cancelled events, technical malfunctions, or errors as outlined in these Terms.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void winnings, and recover amounts due via collection processes, to the extent permitted by law.
- Crypto volatility: For cryptocurrency transactions, deposits and withdrawals are processed in crypto units. The Operator is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of deposit, play, and withdrawal.
- Regulatory and banking actions: The UK government and financial institutions may increasingly block transactions to offshore gambling operators. The Operator cannot guarantee that any specific Payment Method will remain available, and you bear the risk of such external actions.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator commits to providing games that are intended to be fair and to settling Bets in accordance with the published rules and actual outcomes.
- Accuracy of results: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure that game results, event data, and account balances are recorded accurately and reflect the underlying game or event outcomes.
- Security: The Operator implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data and funds against unauthorised access and cyber-attacks.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Scope: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or, where such law applies, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, or expected savings;
- loss or corruption of data or content; or
- any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Services.
- Technical and third-party failures: The Operator is not liable for losses resulting solely from:
- failures of your internet connection, devices, or software;
- actions or omissions of payment providers, banks, or other third parties; or
- regulatory or technical measures (such as ISP blocking or banking restrictions) imposed by UK or other authorities that affect access to or payments with the Website.
- Regulatory environment: You acknowledge that the Services are offered under an Anjouan offshore licence and that enforcement and dispute resolution by that authority may be more limited than under UKGC oversight. The Operator is not responsible for any differences in protection resulting from this regulatory framework.
Overall Cap on Liability
- Monetary cap: Subject to the above carve-outs and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall be limited to the greater of:
- the amount of your net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals) to your Account over the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- the amount you actually wagered on the Bet or game directly connected to the claim.
- Risk acknowledgment: By using the Services, you accept that you may lose money and that you should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, domain names (including raletton.com), software (including the Upgaming platform), graphics, text, interfaces, and game materials on the Website are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without the Operator's prior written consent.
- No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from any software used in the Services, except where such activities are expressly permitted by mandatory law.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: The collection and use of your personal data are governed by the Website's Privacy Policy as published on raletton.com (the "Privacy Policy"). The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
- Compliance: The Operator acts as a data controller for your personal data and aims to process such data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, which may include the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR where they apply to the Operator's activities.
- Purpose of processing: Your data may be processed for account management, verification, provision of Services, risk management, AML obligations, responsible gambling measures, marketing (where permitted), and compliance with legal requirements.
- Data subject rights: Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing activities. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms, including any documents incorporated by reference (such as the AML Policy and Self-Exclusion Policy), to reflect changes in the Services, legal or regulatory requirements, or business practices.
- Notification: Material changes will be notified by at least one of the following methods:
- posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "effective date";
- displaying an in-site banner or pop-up notice upon login; or
- sending an email or account message to your registered contact details where reasonably practicable.
- Acceptance: By continuing to use the Website or Services after the updated Terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your Account.
Termination & Suspension
Player-Initiated Closure and Self-Exclusion
- Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the Account interface or by contacting customer support. Following closure, you may request withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance subject to verification and applicable limits.
- Self-exclusion: You may request self-exclusion in accordance with the Self-Exclusion Policy available at https://raletton.com/en/static/self-exclusion. Self-exclusion will apply only to the Website and related brands operated by the same Operator as described in that policy.
- UK note: Self-exclusion on the Website does not extend to GamStop or other UK-wide schemes. You must take any additional steps you consider necessary to protect yourself, such as registering with GamStop separately.
Operator-Initiated Suspension and Termination
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to certain Services, or void Bets where it reasonably suspects or determines that:
- you are under 18 or under the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction;
- you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
- you have failed KYC/AML checks or refused to provide requested documentation;
- you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, payment abuse, chargebacks, or other unlawful conduct;
- you have abused Bonuses or violated these Terms or game rules; or
- the use of your Account presents regulatory, legal, or reputational risk (including due to changes in UK or other national laws or enforcement trends).
- Consequences: Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the Operator may:
- return any remaining Real Money Balance to you using a suitable Payment Method, or
- withhold funds, void Bets, and/or forfeit Bonuses and winnings that are directly connected to the breach or unlawful conduct.
- Notification: Where permitted by law and not prejudicial to any investigation, the Operator will seek to inform you of the reasons for suspension or closure by contacting you through the contact details associated with your Account.

- Governing law: These Terms and your relationship with the Operator in connection with the Services are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
- Dispute resolution procedure: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support through the channels listed on raletton.com and cooperate with the internal complaints process. The Operator will aim to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.
- External recourse: If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated within the Operator's organisation or to the competent authorities in Anjouan in accordance with the licence conditions. You acknowledge that the Operator is not subject to UKGC or IBAS jurisdiction and that UK alternative dispute resolution schemes might not be available.
